Toasted Pecan Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten
    1/16 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Add brown sugar.
    Beat together and add salt; then dip pecan halves in mixture.
    Place pecan halves on slightly greased cookie sheet (each one separately). Bake at 250\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
