Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
parsley, chopped
Preparation

Pare potatoes and cut into halves lengthwise.
Combine the flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in a bag, coating well.
