Ingredients

3/4 c. peanut oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1 flank steak
Preparation

Marinate meat 4 hours or overnight if possible, 3/4 time in refrigerator, 1/4 out, using the ingredients as a marinating sauce.
Puncture meat with a fork to better allow sauce to penetrate meat.
Cook quickly over hot fire.
Slice very thin across the grain of meat.
