Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Separate eggs, beat egg yolks well.
Add remaining ingredients to egg yolks.
Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
Cook on waffle iron.
