Oyster Stuffing For The Microwave - cooking recipe

1 pt. oysters
3/4 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. margarine
12 slices bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Chop oysters.
In a 3-quart microwavable casserole, cook celery, onion and margarine, covered, on High power for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in bread crumbs, oysters, 1/4 cup oyster liquid and pepper.
Cook, covered, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once.
