Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 medium mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1/4 c. Fontina cheese, grated
    salt to taste
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 lb. lump crab meat
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Clean and remove stems and scoop out small amount of pulp from mushrooms.
    Chop stems and pulp. Combine butter, onion and cheese.
    Sprinkle salt on mushroom caps.
    Stuff with filling; mound up on top.
    Place mushrooms in greased baking dish.
    Pour cream in bottom.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Remove mushrooms from cream; keep warm.
    Pour cream into saucepan.
    Heat until reduced to half.
    Add crab meat; spoon over mushrooms.
