Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce
    4 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    1 can ripe pitted olives, sliced
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    American or Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Add garlic, tomato sauce and enough water to make about 2 quarts sauce. Simmer for at least an hour.
    Strain the meat from sauce.
    Make a gravy of the sauce with the cornstarch, not real thick.
    Add more water if too thick.
