Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple and reserve 3 tablespoons of juice.
Mix sugar and flour; add juice and mix well.
Stir in pineapple and cheese. Mix well.
Pour in 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix butter and crushed crackers; sprinkle on top of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
