Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir sugar and cocoa together in 2-quart glass bowl.
    Place margarine on top and pour evaporated milk over this, without stirring.
    Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on High heat to soften the margarine.
    Add the vanilla.
    Whip smooth with a wooden spoon. Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap and pour in mixture. Refrigerate until set.
