Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. raw carrots, grated
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, then turn temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake until it isn't sticky when touched with your finger (about 30 minutes). When cool, put meringue on top and brown.
