Warm Mixed Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    8 c. mixed greens, washed, dried, and torn into bite size pieces
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients, with the exception of the lettuce in the microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute.
    Place the greens in a bowl; toss with the hot dressing and serve.
