Cindy'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. snow pod peas
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    pepper and garlic to taste
    1 large can Chinese noodles
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Boil peas in water for 1 minute.
    Then run under cold water to cool.
    Cook chicken in microwave until done; remove and let cool. Cut into bite sized chunks.
    Add remaining ingredients except noodles and almonds.
    Just before serving, add noodles and almonds.
