Sue'S Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered, shallow casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
