Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 green pepper rings
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Flour the chops and brown in hot oil, then place into a baking dish.
    Place a pepper ring on each chop.
    Fill ring with cooked rice; top with tomato.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour remaining tomatoes with juice around chops.
    Add water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
