Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 stalks celery
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated or chopped
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cut up cabbage and celery; cook in small amount of water until tender.
Drain and spread in a casserole dish.
Combine Velveeta cheese, milk and flour in a saucepan; stir over low heat until smoothly blended.
Pour cheese sauce over cabbage.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly (start watching carefully after 30 minutes of baking!).
