Diabetic Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cream of Wheat
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown in cornbread pan.
