Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 jalapeno peppers, mashed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of cheese in batter and 1/2 on top.
    Add 1 large onion.
    Mix.
    Bake in a large iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
