Seafood And Pasta Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flounder fillets
    boiling water
    3 c. cooked light macaroni
    8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
    3 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. dill weed
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Poach fillets in 1-inch boiling water 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove fillets with slotted spoon and cool.
    Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl; blend until smooth.
    Cut cooked fish into 1-inch pieces; stir into macaroni mixture.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
