Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. blueberries, dusted with 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg whites; add 1/4 cup of the sugar, beat until stiff and set aside.
    Cream the shortening, salt, remaining sugar and egg yolks; beat until creamy.
    Sift flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture with the milk.
    Fold in the beaten egg whites and floured blueberries.
    Turn into well-greased square pan (9 x 9-inch pan);
    sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
