Pinwheel Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size potato
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/2 qt. creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Mash baked potato (remove skin) with a fork, leaving no lumps. Add confectioners sugar, a little at a time.
    This mixture will become watery, so keep adding the sugar.
    Once mixture is firm, but no longer sticky, roll flat (as you would biscuits).
    Spread the peanut butter to a desired thickness.
    Roll into a long log and slice 3/4-inch pieces.
    If you wish to make a larger amount, make more logs, but do not try to make a larger initial mixture.
