Beef Barbecue For Canning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef
    5 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    5 c. catsup
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions.
    Add other ingredients and 4 cups beef broth or water (or more, if necessary).
    Steam 10 minutes and pack in jars.
    Seal.
    Makes about 9 quarts.
    Boil about 2 hours in hot water bath.
