Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. thawed frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix potatoes with 1 stick margarine.
Add salt, pepper, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with cornflakes mixed with 1/2 stick melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
