Mezes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Kefalotiri (cheese)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    garlic bits (fresh)
    pepper (ground fresh)
    1 loaf crusty French bread
Preparation
    Bake Kefalotiri in olive oil at 300\u00b0 in the oven until the cheese is stringy like Mozzarella on a pizza.
    Take out of oven; add garlic bits and fresh ground pepper.
    Use French bread to dip in the melted cheese as if you were eating a fondue.
