Country Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned
    1 (19 oz.) can Progresso Original recipe minestrone soup
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Use a large skillet with a cover.
    Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil.
    Coat chicken on both sides with Italian-style bread crumbs and brown in hot oil.
    Mix and pour the next 3 ingredients over browned chicken.
    Simmer, covered, until chicken is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
