Homemade Pierogis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix dough ingredients in bowl.
    Cover and let set for an hour. Roll dough and cut in circles or squares.
    Put filling in and fold over sealing edges tight.
    Drop in boiling water, cook until they come to the top.
    Cook a few at a time.
    Drain.
    May be frozen before cooking.
    When done, serve with melted butter or saute onions in butter and pour over.
