Huff-Puffer Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can vegeburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (9 oz.) can corn
    1 (18 oz.) can green beans
    1 large tomato, chopped
    6 to 8 whole pocket bread
    1 c. Colby cheese or Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook burger, green pepper and onion in small amount of oil until transparent.
    Stir in salt, zucchini, mushrooms, oregano, garlic and chili powder.
    Cover and let cook until zucchini is tender, about 7 minutes, then add corn, beans, olives and tomato. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Just before serving, stir in the cheeses.
    Fill pocket bread that has been cut in halves and serve.
