Fettucini Alfredo Di Parma(Serves 4 As Side Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. light cream
    3/4 c. (6 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 lb. (2 slices) Prosciutto (1/8-inch thick), cut into small pieces
    2 oz. Romano cheese
    1/3 c. white cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 lb. capellini spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    Put cream in saute pan over low heat.
    Gently and slowly stir in Parmesan cheese (a little at a time) until cheese sauce appears. Add 1/3 cup wine and the Prosciutto, stirring occasionally.
    Add cooked capellini, black pepper and parsley.
    Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve.
    Sprinkle Romano cheese on top.
    Delicious.
