Italian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. finely chopped pepperoni
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    Finely ground pecans for coating
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and Cheddar in bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade. Process until blended.
    Add pepperoni and sun-dried tomatoes.
    Pulse until well mixed.
    Form into a ball and roll in ground pecans.
