Creamy Caramel-Pecan Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. whipping (heavy) cream
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Grandmom's Bread dough, raised once
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. light or dark raisins (optional)
1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

For Topping:
In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and whipping cream.
Divide evenly between two (9 x 1 1/2-inch) round baking pans.
Sprinkle nuts and raisins evenly over sugar mixture.
