9 Layer Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can refried beans (15 oz.)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 block sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 block Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large tomato
    black olives
    scallions
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add taco seasoning per package directions.
    Spread meat in bottom of 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish. Layer beans, then sour cream, then cheese.
    Garnish with diced tomatoes, scallions and olives.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until hot; remove.
    Add lettuce, if desired.
    Eat with tortilla chips.
