Tortilla-Black Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    14 1/2 oz. can chopped tomatoes
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans
    12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    sliced green onion
    ripe black olives
    sour cream
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine onion, green pepper, undrained tomatoes, picante sauce, garlic and cumin.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in beans.
