Marmalade Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing (use Wish-Bone, not the creamy kind)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar marmalade or apricot preserves
    1 pkg. chicken pieces (a cut up fryer is good; about 3 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash the chicken and pat dry.
    Place in a baking pan in a single layer.
    Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Pour the sauce over the chicken.
    Bake chicken, covered, with aluminum foil at 350\u00b0
    for 50 minutes. Uncover the chicken, spoon the sauce over the top of the chicken and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    If there is extra sauce, it can be refrigerated for a few weeks.
