Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, then fry in hot butter.
