Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large white potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced or diced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (20 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Combine potatoes, onions, cheese, pimiento, parsley, green pepper, bread crumbs and salt in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix butter and milk; pour over potato mixture.
Sprinkle with cornflakes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
