Jiffy Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    1 c. precooked rice
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 or 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a
    3-quart
    casserole,
    crumble
    beef.
    Microwave at High 5 to\t7
    minutes,
    stirring after 3 minutes.\tDrain.\tAdd rice, tomatoes,
    onion, chili powder, salt and pepper;
    cover. Microwave at High for 10 to 12 minutes; stir well.
    Let stand, covered, for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
