California Chicken(Tuna Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white tuna (packed in spring water)
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. cooked carrots
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 cans cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
milk
1 small jar chopped pimento
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped black olives
Preparation

Layer in 8 1/2 x 12-inch casserole.
Pour soup, with just enough milk added to make just liquid enough to pour, over all. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
