Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut in pieces
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, celery salt, paprika and pepper in paper bag. Beat milk and egg together.
    Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in bag at a time.
    Dip in egg-milk mixture, then shake again in bag. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place chicken in single layer with skin side down in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake about 25 minutes longer. Serves 6.
