Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and 1/4 cup milk, flour and cocoa.
I mix all this in the blender.
Heat rest of milk and add butter and salt.
Stir first mixture into hot milk and add vanilla.
Stir until thick.
Serves 6.
