Pineapple Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, separated
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt together.
    Add the other ingredients except eggs.
    Mix thoroughly. Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Pour over egg yolks which have been slightly beaten and cook a few minutes more. Cool slightly.
    Pour into baked shell and cover with meringue made with egg whites and 6 tablespoons confectioners sugar. Bake in moderate oven until meringue is lightly browned.
