Pecan Pumpkin Pie(In Honor Of "Expresson") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. solid pack pumpkin (Libby's best)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2/3 c. corn syrup (dark, preferred)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pie spice.
    Spread over bottom of pie shell.
