Pizza Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour tortillas
    4 pear tomatoes
    6 slices boiled ham, chopped, or 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large pepper, chopped
    oregano
    garlic powder
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    On each tortilla, place 1/8 of ingredients and oregano and garlic powder to taste.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 7 minutes, then let top brown in broiler about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 4.
