Sour Cream Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan. Beat eggs.
Add sour cream, molasses and ginger.
When smooth, sift in dry ingredients. Beat again.
When smooth, stir in butter. Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes. Serve warm.
