Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. Ricotta
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 pie shell (lightly baked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook spinach in butter.
    Drain well and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into lightly baked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until top is lightly brown.
