Creamed Corned Scallops Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 leaves fresh spinach
16 oz. scallops (veggie scallops, okay!)
1/3 c. green pepper, slivered
2/3 c. onions, slivered (white or brown)
1 can creamed corn soup
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 slices bread
powdered condiments
Preparation

Spread spinach leaves on bottom of a 6 x 12 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Spread across chopped scallops to 1-inch thickness.
Season with condiments of your own choice; i.e., pepper, garlic powder, Italian spices and seasonings, garlic salt, etc.
