Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 large can chopped green chilies
    1 small can chopped black olives
    10 large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, pimentos, chilies and olives until smooth. Spread on flour tortillas and roll.
    Let chill for 6 to 8 hours and cut into bite size pieces.
    Makes excellent finger snacks.
