Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
 
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
- 
                            Mix together and put into buttered casserole dish.
 
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 covered.
