Easy Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
2 eggs
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Preparation

This does better if you cook it in glass baking dish.
Take it out as soon as it comes out of oven.
