French Potato Sausage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cooked and sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
2 lb. small red potatoes, cooked and sliced into large pieces
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. diced onion or less
Preparation

Toss cooked potatoes gently with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Add sausage to potatoes.
Add onion.
