Winter Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. short ribs of beef
1 lb. sparerib tips
4 whole tomatoes
2 onions
2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic
8 pods okra
1 green pepper
4 carrots, diced
1 can string beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can lima beans
Preparation

Cook meat in
large
pot until tender.\tRemove meat and wash pot or
use
another
pot.\tTo
the
meat,\tadd tomatoes, onions, green pepper,
carrots and corn.
Cook for 30 minutes. Add black pepper,
garlic,
salt,
okra, string beans and lima beans.
Cook for 30 minutes longer.
Salt to your taste.
