Tira Mi Su - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. cold Espresso
    2 Tbsp. light rum
    24 ladyfingers
    cocoa
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar in 2-quart saucepan on medium speed about 30 seconds or until well blended.
    Beat in milk.
    Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat to low; boil and stir 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Place plastic wrap directly onto milk mixture in saucepan.
    Refrigerate 2 hours or until cool.
